KAIST Korean Camp Summer 2008

KAIST Language Center will offer a Korean Camp to introduce Korean language and culture. The camp is designed to help you to communicate more effectively in Korean and gain a better understanding of Korea.
KAIST Korean Camp 2008 Schedule
 Period: Sept. 16 to Oct. 9, 2008
 Time and Days: 6:30 to 9 pm, Tuesday and Thursday
 Open for only KAIST International students

Courses
There are three levels, beginner, intermediate, and advanced, according to the result of the placement test.
 Course Description
- Beginner: students begin by learning vowels, consonants, and pronunciation and
will eventually be able to conduct basic conversation in Korean.
- Intermediate: students in this course are assumed to have previous knowledge of
Korean that was taught in the beginner.
- Advanced: covers conversation phrases that are used in academic settings. Students learn the ability to express themselves in higher-level communication settings.
