The Perigee-KAIST Rocket Research Center's 50th anniversary science rocket was on showcase at the '2021 Korea Science and Technology Exhibition'. The Ministry of Science and ICT organized this event, which was co-hosted by the Korea Foundation for Science and Creativity and the Korea National Research Foundation. For three days, from December 22nd to 24th, 2021, around 130 institutions, including research institutes, universities, and corporate research institutes, participated in KINTES. Additionally, the Perigee-KAIST Rocket Research Center announced the launch of KAIST's 50th anniversary scientific rocket (Blue Whale 0.1), as well as the development of micro-liquid-propelled science rockets and a domestic launch campaign.
