On June 30, the Department of Aerospace Engineering hosted an online seminar for undergraduate students.
During the seminar, Dr. Jang Young-soon from the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI), who oversaw the Nuri space rocket's successful launch, spoke about the rocket's development.
The session was attended by more than 80 students, including the incoming freshmen, who had numerous questions concerning the rocket's development process.
After the seminar, Park Jae-hyung, a second-year student at the Department of Aerospace Engineering, said, "I learned so much from today's session. I hope the Nuri space rocket sets the cornerstone of the aerospace industry in Korea."
