Dr. Jung-ah Hwang from Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute has been appointed as an adjunct professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering, KAIST, as of Aug. 1, 2022.
An active research fellow for the Korean government, Dr. Hwang received her Ph.D. from KAIST, and is a faculty at the University of Science and Technology (UST).
Her current research lies in the design of satellite payload, development of cosmic ray modeling, and design of earth magnetic field meter.
