Delegates from the Foreign Comparative Testing (FCT) team of Department of Defense of the United States, together with experts in the related domestic institutes including Korea Research Institutes for defense Technology planning, visited our department on Feb. 23.
The FCT program is to promote pilot projects of introduction of foreign technologies and products to US DoD. This visit happened upon the request of FCT team who wanted to see research capabilities of KAIST AE Department.
In the meeting, introduction of research in our department was given; the visitors particularly expressed interest in the research outcomes in space and autonomous systems.
