Professor Jung-Ryul Lee of our department was selected as a member of the K-UAM Steering Committee to deliberate and resolve major matters related to the promotion of the 「K-UAM Safety Management System Core Technology Development National Research and Development Project」.
The project will be carried out for 2024 to 2026 years with a total project cost of 100.7 billion won. The project contributes to the entry into K-UAM activation by securing core technologies for the UAM transportation operation and certification system based on reliability, safety, and social acceptance required during the full-scale growth period of K-UAM (2030 year~).
In the project, Professor Jung-Ryul Lee was selected as a member of the steering committee in the vertical port/infrastructure field.
