On April 26, 2024, the Department of Aerospace Engineering and the German Aerospace Center (DLR) held a joint workshop to discuss ongoing research and future plans in supersonic and hypersonic aerodynamics.
Dr. Mritz Ertl, Dr. Chiara Amato, and Mr. Leo Basov from DLR (Göttingen) Institute of Aerodynamics and Flow Technology, Department of Spacecraft, presented their work, while five faculty members from our department showcased their research areas. The workshop is expected to enhance collaboration between the two institutions in supersonic/hypersonic research.
