Hyeon-Ho Yang, a PhD candidate from the Smart Structures and H/W Systems Lab in our department (Advisor: Prof. Jae-Hung Han), received the Best Paper Presentation Award at the  Korean Society for Aeronautical & Space Sciences (KSAS) Spring Conference in April 2024. The award-winning paper, “Flight Dynamic Simulation of a Bird-Inspired Ornithopter in Forward Flight,” presents a detailed analysis of bio-inspired flight dynamics.
