A master’s graduate Yeongho Shin of the KAIST Non-equilibrium Gas Plasma Dynamics Laboratory (KNGPDL), led by Professor Eunji Jun, received the Best Master’s Thesis Award at the Korean Society of Propulsion Engineers. He won this award in recognition of the creativity of the research and the excellence of its content, for the paper “Particle-based two-phase flow simulation of solid rocket motor plume at high altitudes.”
