2. 상호인정교과목 및 우등생프로그램 이수학점 인정 안내

(교과과정 운영 지침 제34조)

ㅇ 학사 과정 학생이 석사과정에 개설된 상호인정교과목(500단위의 교과목), 석사 또는 박사과정 교과목(Honor Student)을 이수한 경우 그 이수 학점은 학사과정 또는 석사과정 이수학점으로 인정할 수 있음. 다만, 그 이수학점이 학사과정 졸업에 필요한 최저 취득 학점에 포함되었을 때에는 다시 석사과정 이수학점으로 인정될 수 없음(Honor Student 제외).

- 학사과정 학생이 석사과정 최종 재학학기 종강일까지 학사과정 재학중에 취득한 상호인정 교과목 학점(석사과정에 개설된 상호인정 교과목)을 석사과정 이수학점으로 인정

- Honor Student가 학사과정에서 취득한 석사 또는 박사과정 교과목 학점은 석사과정 최종 재학학기 종강일까지 학점인정을 신청하여 석사과정 학점으로 인정. 다만, 학사과정 졸업 시 최종 평균평점이 3.7 이상인 경우에 한함.

※ 석박통합과정(석) 학생은 재학학기 2학기 이내(박사과정 진입전까지)

ㅇ 절차 : 학생 본인 신청 → 지도교수 및 관련 교원의 추천과 학과장의 승인 → 교무처(학적팀) 제출 → 학점인정 승인

We would like to inform you of amendments to the Curriculum Management Guidelines about application period of Credit Recognition for Mutually Recognized Courses/Honor Program as follows.

2. Credit Recognition Guide for Mutually Recognized Courses/Honor Program

(Article 34 of the Curriculum Management Guidelines)

ㅇ If an undergraduate student completes a mutually recognized course in the graduate program(courses in the 500’s) or a Honor Student takes the course of graduate curriculum, the credit may be recognized for either the undergraduate or graduate curriculum. With the exception being if the student needs this credit to satisfy minimal graduation requirements, the credit will not be mutually recognized(except Honor Student).

- The undergraduate student must request credit recognition until the end date of the final enrolled semester for master course for the credits earned (only for mutually recognized courses in the graduate program) during their undergraduate career.

- The earned course credits through the Honor Program in undergraduate program can be counted as the course credits of Master’s Degree Program by applying for recognizing the credits until the end date of the final enrolled semester for master course. However, it is only if the total GPA for undergraduate graduation is 3.7 or above.

ㅇ Application Period: Until the end date of the final enrolled semester for master course

(※ MS and PhD Integrated course(Master) students : Within the second enrolled semester(before entering PhD course))

ㅇ Procedure: Student personally applies→ recommendation from the advising professor and the course professor, and approval by the department head→ submit to the Academic Registrars Team → approval of credit recognition.
