On June 15, Heidi Grant (President of Business Development), Maria Laine (Vice President of International Business), Eric John (President of Boeing Korea), and Randolph Rotte (Senior Director of India, Asia, and Pacific International Sales) visited KAIST.
They visited the main building, the Development Foundation, and the School of Engineering.
At the end of their visit, President Grant and Vice President Laine were invited to a 1-hour discussion at the Department of Aerospace Engineering with the theme "Women in Aerospace. During the discussion, which was hosted by Professor Jiyun Lee, President Grant and Vice President Laine shared their career and life as women in the aerospace industry. The students asked many questions about worries concerning their career path or attitudes to have in the male-dominated engineering industry, and Grant and Laine advised and interacted with the students based on their personal experiences.
