At Air & Space KAIST 2024, held on October 4, 2024, Dr. Taehyun Kim was awarded the Aerospace Research Institute Director's Award. Dr. Kim was recognized for his outstanding academic performance and remarkable research achievements during his Ph.D. studies. At the event, he presented his research on "Origami-Based Deployable Space Protection Structures," which garnered significant attention. Both KAIST and the Aerospace Research Institute will continue to support Dr. Kim's pioneering research endeavors.
