Aerospace Robotics and Mechanisms Laboratory (ARML, led by Prof. Dae-Young Lee) announced the successful completion of its interactive programs—the “Space Rover Experience” (mineral collection, cave exploration, and wall inspection) and the “Space Systems Origami Workshop”—at the 15th Goheung Aerospace Festival, held from May 3 to 6, 2025, at the Naro Space Center’s Space Science Museum in Goheung. The programs were co-organized in collaboration with the Unmanned Exploration Laboratory (UEL).

This year’s Goheung Aerospace Festival attracted approximately 120,000 visitors, establishing itself as a representative space-themed festival. The ARML-UEL interactive booth, operating on a 580 m² scale, drew significant attention, with over a thousand visitors actively participating in the experience, making it one of the festival’s most popular attractions.

ARML plans to continue offering diverse outreach opportunities to inspire the next generation to engage with space robotics and pursue their dreams in the field.
