2017년 AOTULE(The Asia-Oceania Top University League on Engineering) 대학원생 컨퍼런스가 아래와 같이 개최되오니, 각 학부/학과에서는 소속 학생들에게 안내하여 주시고, 2017. 8. 23(수)까지 붙임2 양식에 따라 공문을 통해 공대교학팀으로 참가자를 추천(각 학부/학과별 1명)하여 주시기 바랍니다.

          5. 학생 컨퍼런스 구성

             - Theme:  "AOTULE students research toward sustainable resources

                        tomorrow"

             - Session 1. Present Research: Students can choose

                         “Oral Presentation” OR “Poster session”

             - Session 2. The students will be divided in 10 groups,

                          each works on a project with a specified theme

          6. 참석자 수행임무 (선정자에 한함)

             - 논문초록(250자 내외)을 추후 소정양식에 따라 제출

             - 컨퍼런스 참여 발표

          7. 참가자 지원사항 : 왕복항공권, 출장경비 일체, 참가 등록비 등

          8. 컨퍼런스 참가자 선정절차

             - 공과대학 재학생 중 2명 선정함을 원칙으로 하되, 지원자가 많은 경우

               에는 상위과정, 성적, 어학능력 등을 종합적으로 감안하여 선발 예정

 The Graduate Student Conference of the 2017 AOTULE (The Asia-Oceania Top University League on Engineering) annual meeting will take place as follows. Each school/department is requested to deliver this information to students, and recommend a candidate to attend the conference (one person per school/department) to the Academic and Student Affairs Team of the College of Engineering by Wedneseday, Aug. 23, 2017 by submitting the completed application form (Attachment 2) and an official document.

          1. Recommendee eligibility : Current graduate or Phd students enrolled in the

                                                          College of Engineering
 
          2. No. of recommendee : One person per each school/department
     
           3. Period : Wednesday, Nov. 22 ~ Friday, Nov. 24, 2017

          4. Host institution : Hanoi University of Science and Technology
 
           5. Student conference

      -Theme:  "AOTULE students research toward sustainable resources tomorrow" 

             - Session 1. Present Research: Students can choose

                                  “Oral Presentation” OR “Poster session”

             - Session 2. The students will be divided in 10 groups,  each works on a project

          6. Participant responsibilities 

              - Required to submit an abstract of paper (around 250 words) according to

                 a prescribed format
              - Required to present it at the conference
 
          7. Support for participants : Round-trip plane ticket, all travel expenses,

                                                       registration fee, etc. 
 
      8. How to select participants
             - In principle, two persons will be selected from the College of Engineering; if there are

                multiple applicants, priority will be given to higher-level course, GPA, and 

                linguistic capabilities.
