2. Please find attached the amended version of “National R&D Project Research Management
Standard Manual.” The amended version include some of the short-term projects discovered and
selected by the on-site regulatory inspection team through interviews with researchers last year,
and the Guidelines on Support for National R&D Projects in Response to COVID-19 aimed at
addressing difficulties in research sites caused by COVID-19.
