On Tuesday, May 19th, 2026, the Department of Aerospace Engineering held its fourth seminar of the Spring 2026 semester, featuring Yeon Joo Lee, Chief Investigator of Planetary Atmosphere Group in Institute for Basic Science.
Director Lee delivered a lecture titled “Unveiling Venus: planetary exploration and scientific goals,” in which she addressed the atmospheric characteristics of Venus and the potential for future space exploration of the planet. In appreciation of her lecture, the department presented director Lee with a plaque of appreciation.
